An introductory mindfulness 4-week course with an emphasis on dealing with challenging emotions during these times.
There will be weekly mindfulness talks, along with guided practice and journaling.
75-minute classes, Saturdays from 10:30 am - 11:45 am, Pacific Time. Online via Zoom.

Donations are not required, though much appreciated. This course is open to everyone.
The suggested donation for the series is $40.00. Each class, $10.00.
