This 4-week online mindfulness series allows students to practice many of the resilient techniques learned in our introductory mindfulness course that dealt with challenging emotions during these times.
Why take this series? To become more aware of the thoughts that drive emotions so that you can better manage them. Time to shift out of mental auto-pilot and put yourself into the driver's seat. You can choose your thoughts, and I will show you how.
An introductory mindfulness course is not a prerequisite to this series. All techniques will be explained before practicing them in meditations. Meditation practices will be 20 to 30 minutes.
There will be weekly mindfulness talks, along with guided practice and group sharing.
75-minute classes, Saturdays from 10:30 am - 11:45 am, Pacific Time. Online via Zoom.
Donations are not required for sign up, though much appreciated. This course is open to everyone. The suggested donation for the series:
