Mindfulness Creative Writing, Weekly Sessions

Keep your creative juices flowing while staying safer at home.

From now thru the end of May, lunchtime drop-in classes offered Wednesdays and Fridays, 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm Pacific Time. (If you have to leave early, that is okay.)

Each session, there will be a group discussion, guided meditation, and free-form writing. You will be given writing prompts or feel to bring in something that you are working on -- this is your writing time. I am creating a place to get inspired, break through writer's block, create new ideas, and find writing companionship.

You can write in longhand, on your computer, or tablet. Whatever works for you.

Sessions will be recorded for those in different time zones or otherwise, cannot make a session.

This class is donation based. Give what is in your heart and can afford. All are welcomed. No one will be turned away. Note: you will need to register for each session.
