A perfect way to end your week and begin your weekend. No business Zoom calls. No COVID-19 news. This is your time to simply chill and relax.
From now thru the end of May, drop-in sessions offered Fridays, 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm Pacific Time.
Each session, there will be a short mindfulness talk before our guided body scan meditation.
Get comfy. You can turn off your video screen on Zoom and just listen to my voice. Feel free to lie down. Bring your pillows, a blanket, perhaps light a candle -- this your time for self-care.
Please note: no classes on May 22nd. It is my birthday ;-)
This class is donation based. Give what is in your heart and can afford. All are welcomed. No one will be turned away. You will need to register for each session.
